PRIOR DELQ Changed to Read ADJUSTMENT
Please be aware that the flag on the top portion of the AREIS Online Summary
Page has been changed from PRIOR DELQ to read ADJUSTMENT. This was changed to reflect the fact that the
PRIOR DELQ status does not always mean that the property is still in a delinquent status, only that it was
in a delinquent status as of the time that the 1st Tax Bill for the year was created. An Adjustment could be
due to the following reasons:
1.Changes made to the tax duplicate
2.Payment made on an incorrect parcel
3.Taxes not paid by the due date
