Dear Homeowner,
I recognize that you may have concerns about the value of your property and I am committed to ensuring that you, as a Lucas County resident, are informed and involved in the valuation process.
Therefore, in order to challenge the current value of your property, you must file a Request for Property Review by
October 1, 2008.

Submit a Request for Property Review Now - Allows a property owner to search for property, view attributes/values, and submit an online application or
Download a Request for Property Review and mail the form to the Auditor’s office. Don’t forget, the form must be received by the Auditor’s office by October 1, 2008.
