MBE – Minority Business Enterprise – Certified by the State of Ohio
- Def: A company that is owned and controlled at least 51% by US citizen(s) and resident(s) of Ohio, belonging to one of the following ethnic groups: African-American, Native American, Hispanic, or Oriental. The firm must have been in operation at least one year prior to applying for certification.
