Lucas County will permit others (government, education entities, etc.) to participate in contracts that Lucas County has entered into for the purchase of certain supplies, services, materials, and equipment, in accordance with ORC section 9.48. Upon contract award, others shall order directly with the vendor. All invoices must be sent directly to the ordering participants’ address. Under no circumstances is Lucas County obligated to the political subdivision’s or any other participant’s financial commitments.

Note. The Fuel Contract listed below was a joint purchasing venture hosted by the City of Toledo. Many public entities and educational entities participated in this bid. The Contract is posted at this site for your convenience. Should you wish to participate, please notify the City of Toledo Purchasing Department and the vendor.
